A series of articles that highlight the riders who like to do it on a single speed bike.

 

Clayton is the newest member of the revolution. He purchased his new State 4130 Core-Line from Goldens Bikes on February 13 this year.  Since then he has done some of his own upgrades to give it color and comfort. He added drop bars and blue bar tape, a blue bottle holder and as he left the shop yesterday said he was thinking about blue axle nuts. Clayton said to me that “this could become addictive” when he rode into the shop on new machine during one of his rides. He keeps his single speed machine at his work and rides it mainly in town, including the flower streets, on routes from 10-20 miles. You can follow Clayton on Strava
